Return policy
Items purchased from us may be returned under the following conditions:
Incorrect delivery
If your delivery is incorrect for any reason, for example if an item in your order is missing or you have received the wrong product, we will automatically replace the product or refund the purchase at your request. If you want a refund, you must notify us immediately and you must not open any of the packages yourself. We will then ask you to return the goods, and on arrival at our office we will refund you via your original payment method.
Defective goods on arrival
If your goods are found to be defective on arrival, we also ask that you notify us immediately via the contact form or email. Goods must be returned in their original packaging together with any associated documentation or accessories. If we can confirm the fault on our end, we will send a replacement item the same day. We can also issue a full refund if you wish, and your payment will then be returned via your original payment method. We will analyze the returned goods, and if they are not found to be defective, we will send the item back to you and you will then be responsible for the return costs.
Transport damage
If goods have been damaged during transport, we ask you to report this to us immediately after receiving the goods. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with accessories and documents. Upon receipt at our base, we will issue a replacement item or refund the full value of your order via your original payment method.
Right of withdrawal (Distance purchase)
If you simply have regrets about an ordered item and wish to return it to us, this is possible in accordance with the rules for distance contracts, as long as you send it back to us or notify us within the first 7 days of your purchase or receipt of the items. Products must not be opened, used or tested, and must be returned in exactly the same condition.
