What is Testo Mix 400?

Testo Mix 400 is a highly concentrated pharmaceutical formulation that combines several esters of the same active substance — testosterone — in an oil-based injection preparation with a total concentration of 400 mg per milliliter. The numerical designation in the name refers to the total testosterone content calculated from all ester components, which is approximately twice as high as in classic Sustanon-type mixed formulations. The high concentration is possible through the use of lipophilic ester chains of varying length, often in combination with special oil vehicles that provide solubility without crystallization.

The concept of multiester testosterone preparations dates back to Organon's development of Sustanon 250 in the 1970s, where four testosterone esters (propionate, phenylpropionate, isocaproate and decanoate) were combined to achieve a more stable serum profile between injections.
