Your privacy and digital security are fundamental to our business. This policy describes how we protect your data and minimize digital traces to an absolute minimum.

1. Data Minimization & Zero Logs

We only save the information required to pack and deliver your order. We do not store IP addresses, browser signatures or metadata regarding your visit. Server logs are automatically cleared every 24 hours.

2. PGP-Encryption of Order Data

When you enter your delivery details at checkout, the address and name are immediately encrypted with our public PGP key before being saved to the database. The only person who can decode the information is our delivery administrator, who decrypts the data locally when packing. No unauthorized or outside party has access to your address in plain text.

3. Automatic Deletion after 21 days

We operate a strict 21-day deletion policy. Exactly 21 days after your order has been shipped or marked as delivered, an automated script is run that permanently overwrites and deletes your name, shipping address, zip code and contact details from the database. Only the total amount and recipient country are saved for accounting statistics.

4. No Third Party Trackers or Cookies

We do not use cookies for tracking and have no integrations with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other advertising networks. Our analysis is completely anonymized, privacy-friendly and cookie-free. All fonts and resources are loaded locally from our own servers to prevent tracking from external CDNs.

5. Communication security

If you communicate with us, we recommend using encrypted email (ProtonMail) or Telegram with secret chat enabled. We continuously delete all support messages after the case is closed.
